As PMC, we coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to manage:

• Scope, schedule, and cost control

• Quality assurance & HSE compliance

• Review and approval of engineering deliverables

• Monitoring design progress and resolving conflicts early

Our design validation services include:

• Review of P&IDs, layouts, isometrics, MTOs

• Cross-checking against client specifications and codes (ASME, API, etc.)
